      多样化时代、人工智能技术、学生核心素养等对传统教育模式及教师素养提出了多维挑战。为回应时代需求,上海师范大学建构了师范生核心能力素养SCIL模型,并将模型涉及的九类素养能力要素精准地融入人才培养模式变革的诸环节中,以重新构造适应未来教育形态和社会发展的教师教育形态。

      Traditional education and teachers’ literacy are facing multidimensional challenges, such as the era of diversity, artificial intelligence and students’ key competence. To respond to the needs of the times, Shanghai Normal University constructed a key competency model called SCIL for normal university students, which includes nine kinds of competencies. It also constructed a new form of teacher education which is adapted to the future education and the need of the development of the whole society, by the nine factors into the reform of talent training model.
