      围绕学生核心素养培育,不同阶段、不同类型的学校如何在把握共性要求的同时,进行富有自身个性特点的实践,并推进学校课程体系建构,成为学校发挥育人价值、彰显育人特色的重要课题。文章以上海市民办华育中学为例,分析了基于学生核心素养培育的初中学校课程体系的建构,描述了核心素养培育的共性要求与个性特点相结合的学校课程实践探索路径,包括进行学科领域与非学科领域的课程结构的统整,注重学校课程建设研修共同体的建构与管理文化的营造。

      In order to perform the value of educating people and highlight the characteristics of education, it is important how schools in different stages and different types grasp the commonness while practice with their own features, and promote the construction of school curriculum system, centering on the cultivation of students’ core literacy. Taking Shanghai Huayu Private Middle School as a case, this article analyzes the construction of curriculum system in junior middle school based on the cultivation of students’ core literacy, and illustrates the curriculum practice paths combining the core literacy commonness and characteristics, including the integration of disciplinary and non disciplinary curriculum structures, and the emphasis on the construction of academic community and management culture.
