      普通高中试点国际课程,是进一步扩大教育对外开放、借鉴国际经验、深化基础教育课程改革的积极探索。推进普通高中试点国际课程规范化实施与管理,明晰其定位与方向,是确保试点工作有效性和可持续性的基础。文章结合上海市普通高中试点国际课程规范化管理的探索,指出普通高中试点国际课程基本定位需把握“底线意识”“选择意识”与“适度意识”;普通高中试点国际课程的主要方向是避免越界,注重国际课程管理的常态化;厘清边界,注重对国际课程进行选择性整合;拓展眼界,注重国际课程的实施力量校本化。
英文摘要:
      International curriculum experiments in general high school is active exploration for further expanding the education opening-up policy, drawing lessons from international experience and deepening the basic education reform. Clearing the orientation and direction is the fundamental work to ensure effectiveness and sustainability. Combining with the exploration of international curriculum experiments standardized management in Shanghai general high schools, this article puts forward “baseline awareness”, “selective awareness”, “moderate awareness” in the international curriculum experiments basic position. The main direction should be avoiding crossing and stressing normalization of the management. Border needs to be clarified, and due attention should be paid to selective integration of international curriculum. It is needed to broaden vision and pay attention to the school-based implementation of the international curriculum.
