      我国高中阶段的普职沟通,需正视符合我国国情的、客观存在的普通高中与中职校的规模与类型发展实情,促进两类学校之间的沟通,形成两类学校的校长协同思维。两类学校的校长协同思维,要处理好视域现象的有限与无限的求索,聚焦现象的有焦与无焦的思考,光环现象的乌托邦与敌托邦的应对。为促进不同类型人才早期培育以及人才“立交桥”的建构,普通高中与中职校的校长协同思维,有利于推进高中阶段教育治理的整体性以及形成高中阶段学校发展的新结构。
英文摘要:
      Communication between secondary vocational schools and general high schools in China needs to face up to the actual size and type conditions of these two kinds of schools in accordance with our national condition and the objective existence, to promote communication between these two kinds of schools, and to form principals’ synergetic thinking. Principals’ synergetic thinking requires to deal with the finite and infinite pursuit of the visual field phenomenon, to observe the focused and unfocused thinking of phenomenon, to deal with the Utopian and anti-Utopian of halo phenomenon. To promote the early cultivation of different types of talents and the construction of the talent development overpass, principals’ synergetic thinking of general high schools and secondary vocational schools is beneficial to enhance the integrity of the governance of high-school level education and to form a new structure for school development.
