      “核心素养”是当前为实现学生全面发展而提出的新的教育理念和目标,劳动实践是培育核心素养、实现青少年全面发展的基础和途径。无论是社会还是人的发展都建立在劳动实践基础之上,人的全面发展是现实的,劳动是实现人的全面发展的途径。对青少年的价值观进行培育不应仅停留于知识和技能的学习,更应以劳动实践为基础,形成与社会主义本质相适应的科学劳动观,克服劳动的异化,尊重劳动,尊重劳动者。
英文摘要:
      “Core Literacy” is an education concept and an education goal for students’ all-round development. The labor practice is the foundation and approach to cultivate the core literacy and realize teenagers’ all-round development. Whether the development of society or individuals is based on the labor practice. The all-round development of human beings is realistic. Labor practice is the approach to realize it. Cultivating teenagers’ values should not only stay in the knowledge and skill level, but also be on the basis of labor practice, to form a labor view that conforms to the essence of socialism, to overcome the alienation of labor, and to respect labor and workers.
