      课堂纪律是我国教育学者较为关注的内容。基于国际学生评价项目(PISA)的相关研究显示,课堂纪律氛围及其对学生学业成绩的影响存在国别差异。在东亚国家和地区,课堂纪律氛围的改善不仅有助于提高学校的教学质量,而且有助于缩小学生学业成绩的性别差异,并提高学生学业成绩的社会均衡程度。学校改革应该尊重学校绩效的文化差异。对于有利于确保我国学生学业成绩优势的课堂纪律手段,改革者不应简单地将其视若“糟糠”。
英文摘要:
      Classroom discipline is a focus point of Chinese educators. Relevant international studies based on PISA showed that classroom disciplinary climate and its influence on students’ academic performance vary across countries. In East Asian countries and areas, the improvement of classroom disciplinary climate is helpful to the improvement of school academic performance, to the extinction of gender disparity in student academic achievement, and to the raise of social equity in student academic achievement. School reform should emphasize the cultural difference in school effectiveness. Reformers should not consider simply those classroom disciplinary methods which are good to the advantage of student academic performance as rubbish.
