      文章分析了曹杨中学作为上海市首家特色普通高中是如何定位的,阐释了该校“传承+创新”和“普通+特色”的特色发展理念,提出“特色定位”应该有本可依、有理可循、有景可期。文章简要阐明了该校“环境素养培育”特色的定义、价值和意义,阐释了学校育人体系的整体设计,如课程的分类设计、分层实施设计、教材开发的设计以及初、高中特色课程一体化课程设计等。

      This paper analyzes how Cao Yang High School, the first Characteristic Ordinary High School in Shanghai, determines development goals, explains the philosophy of school (“inheritance +innovation”“common + characteristics”), and focuses on the law and rules of school characteristic development. Besides, the paper briefly expounds the definition, value and significance of “environmental literacy cultivation”, explains the overall design of the school curricula, the implementation and classification of the curricula, and the integration of junior high school and senior high school’s curricula.
