      教师德性是教师用其力量施展教书育人功能,不断追求卓越所形成的品质。实践中,教师力量的积聚是从弱到强的发展过程,与之对应的有两个层次的教师德性:一般和优秀。一般教师的德性有保守性、机械性和控制性的特征,而优秀教师的德性有开放性、灵活性和民主性特征。从一般教师发展到优秀教师的德性提升需要内外合力共同推进:通过教师学习共同体、学校德性制度和教师德性实践的联合,方能促进教师德性的提升。
英文摘要:
      Teachers’ virtue is the quality which is formed through teachers using their power to bear on teaching function and pursue excellence. In practice, the accumulation of teachers’ strength is from weak to strong. There are two virtue levels: average and excellence. The average level of teachers’ virtue is conservative, mechanical and controlled, while the excellence level is open, flexible and democratic. Promoting teachers’ virtue from average to excellence requires the integration of internal and external forces: combining teachers learning community, school moral system and teachers’ moral practice.
