      当前“独二代”的小学教育面临着一些问题,迫切需要以班规作为切入点来加强班级文化建设。文章基于班主任的实践工作,提出了基于班规的班级文化建设“四部曲”:把班级建设的核心价值说出来——推出班级宣言;把班级建设核心价值变成班规写出来——推出班级管理制度集;把班规做出来——推出班级特色评价;把班规亮出来——打造富有个性的班级主题墙。基于班规的班级文化建设四部曲的实施取得了较大效果,有一定的创新价值。
英文摘要:
      Currently, the primary school education of sub-mono-children is facing with some problems. It requires class rules as a start point to strengthen the culture construction of classroom. According to the practice of being a head teacher, the paper comes up with “Four Steps” for the culture construction of classroom: creating the core values of class construction by developing a class manifesto; establishing class rules by set a class management system; practicing class rules by formulating a characteristic evaluation system; showing class rules by creating a Thematic Wall. The “Four Steps” based on class rules has achieved a great effect and has some innovative value.
