      教师教学评价教育是指对教师进行的,以教学评价的知识、态度、方法等为主要内容的,旨在提升教师教学评价素养的教育活动。教师教学评价教育可以有效地提高教师评价素养,保障对学生开展教学评价教育的效果和质量。教师教学评价教育的途径,主要有主题研修、规程引导、典型示范、倾听学生、自我悟出等五种。

      Teacher’s instructional evaluation education is an educational activity aiming at improving teachers’ instructional evaluation competence. The knowledge, attitudes and methods of teaching evaluation are its main contents.Teacher’s instructional evaluation education can effectively improve teachers’ instructional evaluation competence and ensure the effectiveness and quality of its implementing. There are five important ways in teacher’s instructional evaluation education, such as subject research, regulation guidance, model demonstration, listen to students and self-actualization.
