      以“成人成己”为任的儒家始终重视人格及人格教育,并将人格的内涵规定为:有志、由己、发愤与担当。其对当代德育的启示可归结为:对人格及其包含的“德”的重视,能够弥补当前德育中人格培育的不足及德性的扩充;“有志”可促成当前人格培育中的坚定性、崇高性、精神性理想的树立;“由己”能促进自主与独立人格的形塑;“发愤”可养成乐观奋进的人格;“担当”则能引导责任及无私人格的塑造。
英文摘要:
      Confucianism always focuses on the theory and education of personality, and defines personality as a special concept.It includes four aspects, such as being ambitious, depending on oneself, working hard and being responsible. Its enlightenment in moral education includes three points.The first is that we should realize the importance of the cultivation and virtue of personality. The second is to set up a lofty ideal.The third is to cultivate an independent and unselfish personality.
