      建立我国国家课程评价体系,能促进国家课程的修正改进,优化基础教育课程品质;规范国家课程评价,推动地方、学校课程评价的建设;丰富课程评价理论研究,推进课程评价实践发展;统整国家课程评价,完善考试招生制度改革机制。当前我国国家课程评价存在着“课程评价活动欠缺整体规划;缺乏相应评价标准,课程评价主观性较强;评价主体权责不明确,致使课程评价管理失序;忽视评价专业性,课程评价行政化色彩较浓”等问题。建立国家课程评价体系,需加强国家课程的常规评价机制建设、明确国家课程的评价内容与标准、明晰国家课程评价主体的权责划分、组建国家课程评价专业机构与队伍等。
英文摘要:
      Constructing a national curriculum evaluation system in China can improve the revision of national curriculum and optimize the quality of the basic education curriculum.It will standardize the evaluation of national curriculum and guide local schools to establish norms. It is also possible to rich the evaluation theory of curriculum, advance the development of curriculum evaluation practice. Integrating national curriculum evaluation will improve the reform mechanism of the examination enrollment system. At present, the evaluation of national curriculum in China still exists some problems. For example, the overall planning of curriculum evaluation activities is not enough. Lacking of relevant evaluation standards and. The evaluation is not objective enough. The responsibility of evaluation subjects is not clear, which leads to the disorder of curriculum evaluation management. Neglecting the expertise of evaluation leads to the administerization of curriculum evaluation. Building national curriculum evaluation system in China needs to strengthen the construction of routine evaluation mechanism about national curriculum, to define the content and standard of national curriculum evaluation, clarify the division of powers and responsibilities of evaluation subjects and set up professional organizations and teams of national curriculum evaluation,etc.
