      文章基于1992—2014年城市动态面板数据,利用Sys-GMM比较实证研究了普通教育与职业教育对城镇化质量的影响。结果发现,两类教育均提高了中国城镇化质量,其中后者作用略大。除普初和初职教育外,其他层次教育均提高了中国城镇化质量,影响大小依次是高职、普高、中职和普中教育。分区域和城市看对城镇化质量的影响,东部、地级以上城市职业教育的促进作用低于普通教育,中西部、地级市和县级市与之相反,其中在东部和地级以上城市,促进作用最大的是普高教育,而在中部和地级市、西部和县级市,促进作用最大的分别是高职和中职教育;上述三大地区和三类城市普初与初职教育均不利于城镇化质量提高。
英文摘要:
      Based on the urban dynamic panel data from 1992-2014, the paper uses the System called GMM to study the effect of general education and vocational education on urbanization quality. The results show that both two kinds of education have improved the quality of Chinese urbanization, and the effect of vocational education is slightly larger. In addition to the ordinary elementary education and primary vocational education, the other levels of education have promoted the improvement of Chinese urbanization quality. The sequence is higher vocational education, general higher education, secondary vocational education, general secondary education. In terms of regions and cities, the effect of general education on urbanization quality is greater than the vocational education in eastern region and cities above prefecture level. For central and western regions, the prefecture-level cities and county-level cities, the result is just the opposite. The ordinary higher education is the most important element for promoting urbanization quality in eastern region and cities above prefecture level, the higher vocational education is the most important element for promoting urbanization quality in central region and prefecture-level city, the secondary vocational education is the most important element for promoting urbanization quality in the western region and county city. Finally, ordinary elementary education and primary vocational education are not conducive to improve the urbanization quality.
