      文章系统总结了我国师范教育模式的发展成果,论述了自21世纪初大规模的高校合并,导致我国师范教育模式发展和改革陷入某些困境的突出问题,特别是中等师范学校和各级教育学院的撤并或升格使我国中、小学师资培养和在职提高失去了可贵的园地,高等师范院校的综合化和师范生源质量的下降严重地偏离了师范教育专业的培养目标等问题。探讨了如何构建符合我国基础教育各阶段教育规律的中、小学师资的培养模式以及解决提升中、小学教师学科素养为中心的在职培训常态化问题,同时强调明确课程与教学论和教育硕士研究生的培养目标的重要性,以不断完善我国的师范教育模式。
英文摘要:
      The paper systematically summarizes the development results of the teacher education model in China, and discusses the outstanding problems that resulted from the development and reform of the teacher education model in China after the large-scale merger of colleges and universities at the beginning of this century. In particular, the abolition or upgrading of secondary normal schools and educational colleges at all levels has deprived China’s primary and secondary schools of valuable grounds for teacher training and on-the-job improvement. The integration of teachers’ colleges and the decline of the quality of teachers’ sources have seriously deviated from the training goals of teachers’ education majors. This paper discusses how to construct the training mode of primary and secondary school teachers in accordance with the laws of education in all stages of basic education in China, and to solve the problem of permanent on-the-job training centered on improving the academic literacy of primary and secondary school teachers. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of defining the training goals of the curriculum and teaching theory and the master’s degree in education, so as to continuously improve the teacher education model in China.
