      文章比较了公立与民办中学校园自主管理在学生学习表现上的作用。以北京、上海、广东与江苏的PISA 2015数据进行实证分析,通过建立公立与民办中学的多水平模型,检验两种类型学校的资源自主与课程自主管理的影响系数差异。结果显示:公立中学的校园自主管理并未对学生的学习表现有明显影响,但是民办中学的课程自主会负向影响学生的学习表现。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed at comparing the influence of school autonomy on 15-year old students’ learning performance between public and private schools in China. Using the multi- level analysis with the empirical data released by PISA 2015 data of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Jiangsu Provinces (city). The results were: School autonomy in public schools does not have a significant impact on the student’s learning performance. However, the influence from school autonomy on students’ learning performance is negative in private schools. Based on the results, it is suggested that private schools need more high-quality academic science teachers, which may help to prevent the negative influence of school autonomy on students learning performance.
