      在全面推进依法治国的大背景下,中小学法治教育显得极为重要。法治教育应该从基础教育做起,小学生法治教育应该纳入整个公民教育的大体系之中,以培养现代合格公民为价值目标。基于对重庆市小学生法治素养的调查,文章从法治知识、法治意识、法治能力、法治教育的开展四个方面展示我国小学生法治教育的现状和实情,并在此基础上,提出我国小学生法治教育的改进建议。

      Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, law-related education in primary and secondary schools becomes very important. Law-related education should start with basic education, and primary school students’ law-related education should be integrated into the overall system of civic education, with the goal of training modern qualified citizens as its value. Based on the investigation of the legal literacy of primary school students in Chongqing, this paper presents the current situation and reality of the legal education of primary school students in our country from four aspects: knowledge, awareness, ability and education of the rule of law, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the legal education of primary school students in our country combined with the experience of the legal education at home and abroad.
