      深度学习是素养时代所追求的学习方式。通过对浙江省某重点中学高一年级3个专家教师与3个新手教师所授的英语课堂中学生深度学习情况的调查研究发现:从整体上看,专家教师课堂中学生的深度学习动机与策略均高于新手教师;专家教师与新手教师所授学生的课堂中,学生深度学习动机都比较高,而深度学习策略都比较低;从单个教师之间的差异来看,专家教师之间在学生深度学习水平上存在差异,并非所有专家教师都高于新手教师所授的课堂。该研究建议,高中生英语课堂都需要加强学习策略培训,新手教师需要向专家教师学习如何调动学生内部学习动机,而专家教师也需要加强专业技能培训以促进学生英语课堂的深度学习。

      Deep learning is the learning approach pursued in the competency era. Expert teachers are the tactical strength of transforming competency in the classroom. By studying the classes taught by three expert teachers and three novice teachers in a key middle school in Zhejiang Province, it is found in this research that: in general, the motivation and strategy of students in the expert teacher classroom are higher than the novice teachers. The students’ motivation for deep learning is relatively high while the deep learning strategies are relatively low for both group of classes. However, not all expert teachers are higher in their students’ deep learning level than the classes taught by novice teachers. The study suggests that high school English classes need to strengthen learning strategy training, novice teachers need to learn how to motivate students’ internal learning motivation, and expert teachers need to strengthen professional skills training to promote students’ deep learning in English classes.
