      从实践逻辑层面概括薄弱学校改造的实践探索,是推进薄弱学校改造需要解决的问题。薄弱学校改造的实践逻辑可以从政府和学校两个层面加以提炼:政府薄弱学校改造的策略和学校内涵建设的核心要素,两者构成了薄弱学校改造的动态一致性框架。政府推进薄弱学校改造的策略主要有:委托管理、校际合作、集团化办学、学区化管理和新优质学校建设;而积极的学校文化、合理的制度设计、具有改革领导力的管理团队和充满进取精神的师资队伍,是薄弱学校内涵建设的核心要素。

      It is a problem that needs to be solved to summarize the practical exploration of weak schools improvement from the perspective of the logic of practice. The logic of practice about the weak schools can be refined at two levels: the government’s strategies for weak schools improvement and the core elements of the school connotation construction, both of which constitute the dynamic consistency framework of the weak schools improvement. The former mainly include entrusted management, inter-school cooperation, building school groups, school-district-based management and construction of new high-quality schools, while the latter involve positive school culture, reasonable system design, the management team with reform leadership and the teaching staff with initiatives.
