      针对学校集体备课中的问题,可以制订集体备课的本体目标、伴随目标和拓展 目标,构建“注重单元教材整合、精心打磨核心课、引导合作研究”的单元核心集体备课模式, 并在实践中持续推进。 反思行动研究过程,认为单元核心集体备课是一个集约式、聚力式、开 放性、发展性的研究平台,学校变革中细节比理念更为重要,行动研究是课程与教学论研究者 应该予以关注和实践的研究类型。

      In view of the problems in the collective lesson preparation in the school, this paper has tried to determine the on? tological targets, accompanying goals and expanding aims of collective lesson preparation, to construct the model of collective les? son preparation for unit cores, which “ focuses on the integration of teaching materials, carefully polishes the core lessons and guides the cooperative research”, and to improve the lesson preparation in practice. It has also reflected on the process of action research, has considered collective lesson preparation for unit cores to be an intensive, concentrated, open and developmental re? search platform, and has found that details are more important than ideas in school reform, and action research is the research type that researchers of curriculum and pedagogy should pay attention to
