      教师的课堂评价素养是当前教师专业发展领域研究的热点话题。 该研究运用 标准化主题编码法,对六个国家的教师专业标准、国际专业评价组织开发的教师评价能力标准 及教师评价素养的测量工具中关于教师课堂评价能力的主题内容进行分析,提出中小学教师 课堂评价素养结构包括评价目的、评价目标、评价方法、评价结果的交流与运用、学生参与评价 和评价伦理六大核心要素。 并基于此,尝试提出了中小学教师课堂评价素养指标体系的一种 构想。
英文摘要:
      Teachers’ classroom assessment literacy is a hot topic in the field of teacher professional development. This re? search has used a standard thematic coding procedures to analyze the teachers’ professional standards from six countries, the as? sessment competence standard developed by international professional assessment organizations, and the theme of teacher’s class? room evaluation ability in the measurement tool of teacher evaluation literacy. This research proposes six core elements of class? room assessment literacy, which are assessment purpose, assessment objective, assessment method, the communication and ap? plication of assessment result, assessment with students’ participation and assessment ethics. Based on these, this paper tries to put forward an idea of classroom assessment literacy indication system for primary and secondary school teachers.
