      批判性思维作为一种反思方式和精神气质,业已成为国际文凭课程体系(IB)的 核心理念。课程体系设定的培养目标集中体现了其所倡导的国际情怀下的十大批判性思维特 质;作为批判性思维培养载体而设置开发的四个课程项目围绕知识、技能和情感态度等维度, 分别以品质培养、健全培养和高效培养的阶段性侧重进行设计。基于我国国情和教育特点,有 必要开发和设置独立的批判性思维课程,并通过数学和计算逻辑课程培养学生的批判性思维, 同时也要把批判性思维的培养与学科课程有机融合,从而形成培养批判性思维的“独立课程” 和“综合课程”的立体化课程架构。
英文摘要:
      The leadership of school administrators plays a vital role in the development of a school. In order to improve their leadership,Massachusetts in the United States issued two documents containing the evaluation criteria and evaluation steps of school administrators in 2018 and 2019. These two documents establish the Massachusetts School Administrators Assessment Framework,which can be used to comprehensively,objectively,truthfully and dynamically evaluate the leadership capabilities of Massachusetts administrators. This has given our school administrators the following insights:there should be comprehensive evaluation indicators and evidence to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation;there should be flexible assessment methods and procedures to ensure the accuracy of assessment;it is better not to equate managerial competence with student achievement;and school administrators should be given greater autonomy.
