      科研能力是教师的关键素养,当前初中校本科研培训缺乏系统性、针对性和实效 性。为此,需要将情境学习的相关理念融入校本培训中,构建系统的培养路径:为学习者制定 清晰的培训目标,设计清晰而有深度的内容框架,构建任务驱动式情境学习,最终提升初中教 师的科研和教学能力。
英文摘要:
      Research competence is teachers’key quality. At present,the school-based research training in junior middle schools tends to lack systemicity,pertinence and effectiveness. Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the relevant concepts of contextual learning into school-based training and build a systematic training path as follows:developing clear training goals for learners,designing clear and in-depth content frameworks,constructing task-driven contextual learning,and ultimately improv‐ ing teachers’research and teaching competence.
