      针对传统制度设计中过于精细的积分导致的高竞争感、高焦虑感,新加坡小学离校考试(PSLE)从2021年起开始使用新的积分等级评价系统。新积分等级系统鼓励学生探索自己的优点与兴趣点,增强自我认同感,提升知识与能力,成为全面发展的个体。该制度对我国教育评价的启示是:追求不完美但逐步迭代完善的评价制度,从相对评价的同伴竞争走向绝对评价的目标引领,让评价改革驱动高水平的因材施教。
英文摘要:
      In view of the high sense of competition and anxiety caused by the points which are too fine in the traditional system design, Singapore Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) began to use a new integral grade evaluation system from 2021. The new grading system encourages students to explore their own strengths and interests, enhance their sense of self-identity, improve their knowledge and abilities, and become well-rounded individuals. The enlightenment of this system to China’s education evaluation is to pursue an imperfect but gradually improved evaluation system, to lead the goal from peer competition of relative evaluation to absolute evaluation, and to let the evaluation reform drive high-level individualized teaching.
