      以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,从大中小学课程德育一体化建设的基本内涵出发,立足价值性、科学性、系统性原则,综合教育教化功能中的价值共性、中华优秀传统文化的德育内涵以及世界各国德育的普遍经验,提出以政治认同、国家意识、文化自信和人格养成为重点的大中小学课程德育一体化的顶层内容体系,并探索通过课程设计、课程教学、师资队伍、课程评价等方面的一体化构架,着力增强德育的针对性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      Guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, on the basis of the conotation of integrated construction of moral education throughout school education, correct values, scientific approach, systematic thinking, the common values of educational function, the conation of moral education in Chinese excellent traditional culture, and experiences of other countries’ moral education, the paper puts forward a top level content framework of the integrated construction of moral education with the emphasis on political identity, national consciousness, cultural confidence and cultivation of personality. Furthermore, the paper explores the integrated framework of curriculum design, curriculum teaching, teaching staff, and curriculum evaluation so as to make moral education more targeted and effective.
