      劳动幸福属于实践理性反思和观照的对象,既是一个理论问题,更是一个现实问题。在现代性批判理论视野中,劳动幸福问题的症结和根由在于,一方面,由于历史主义和历史性的范式冲突,劳动还没有成为真正意义上人的自由自觉本质的自我确证:另一方面,当今世界,两种性质不同的制度之间的价值博弈,为劳动幸福问题的观察者和研究者们提供了一个具有一定张力的场域,劳动幸福的因变量不断增加,劳动幸福问题变得愈来愈复杂。围绕此论题,诺贝尔经济学奖获得者阿玛蒂亚·森基于“福利经济学”与“发展经济学”理论之双重关注而提出的有关“可行能力”理论(“能力人权”主张),给予我们思考现实的劳动幸福以多方面的有益启示。劳动幸福的发生、获得,需要依托制度合理性逻辑,矫正资本逻辑及其所导致的劳资关系不断异化和冲突的现实,增加劳动者在劳动过程中的获得感、满足感、体面感以及尊严感,让劳动成为劳动者自身各方面能力不断发展,身心协调的充满愉悦的过程,变成一种“按照美的规律”来生产的过程。
英文摘要:
      Labor happiness belongs to the object of practical rational reflection and observation, which is not only a theoretical problem, but also a practical one. From the perspective of the critical theory of modernity, the crux and root of the problem of labor happiness lie in that, on the one hand, due to the conflict between historicism and historical paradigm, the real labor itself has been in the process of self-evolution and self-improvement, and labor has not become the self-confirmation of the essence of freedom and self-consciousness in the true sense; on the other hand, in today’s world, the value game between two systems of different nature provides a field of tension for observers and researchers of labor happiness. The dependent variable of labor happiness keeps increasing, and the problem of labor happiness becomes more and more complicated. In this respect, Amartya Sen, the winner of the Nobel Prize in economics, based on the dual concerns of “welfare economics” and “development economics”, put forward the “feasible ability” theory (the “ability human rights” proposition), which gives us enlightenment in thinking about the reality of labor happiness. The occurrence and acquisition of labor happiness need to rely on the logic of institutional rationality, correct the capital logic and the reality of the continuous alienation and conflict of labor-management relations, and increase workers’ sense of gain, satisfaction, decentness and dignity in the labor process so that labor can become a process of continuous development of the workers’ own abilities in various aspects, a pleasant and harmonious process of body and mind coordination, and a process of “production according to the law of beauty”.
