异丁烯氢甲酰化反应副产物对反应的影响研究

摘要:
简述了异戊醛的应用及异丁烯氢甲酰化催化剂的类型。重点研究了异丁烯氢甲酰化反应过程中产生的杂质,如异戊醇、异戊酸、异丁烷等对反应收率、选择性等的影响,得出了杂质的最大允许量(杂质含量占原料异丁烯质量的百分比):异戊醇<1%,异戊酸<1%,异丁烷<20%。

Effect on The By-Products Producing from The Hydroformylation of Isobutene

Abstract:
The application of isovaleraldehyde and the type of isobutene hydroformylation catalyst was simply described. And then we pay more attention on that the by-products of the hydroformylation of isobutene, such as isoamyl alcohol, isovaleric acid and isobutane, and its effects on the yield and selectivity were studied. We have got a conclusion of the the maximum of the by-products(mass ratio of by-product to isobutene): isoamyl alcohol< 1%, isovaleric acid< 1% and isobutane< 20%.
